These are plain-language beta-use terms. Final commercial and school agreements require legal review before broader paid or institutional launch.
A parent or authorized adult is responsible for the family account, account credentials and child-profile permissions.
KML provides educational activities and learning experiences. It does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency or other professional advice.
Families and educators are responsible for age-appropriate supervision, environment and materials. Activities involving kitchens, tools, travel, outdoor settings or other real-world risks require appropriate adult judgment.
Do not misuse KML to harm others, bypass access controls, expose another person’s information, disrupt the service or submit unlawful or dangerous content.
Features, access limits, pricing and content may change during beta. KML should not present an unfinished or unavailable paid feature as already purchased or guaranteed.
Book previews, mission content, graphics and downloadable materials remain subject to their applicable intellectual-property rights. A preview does not grant permission to redistribute a complete work.
Teacher and school features remain beta functionality unless a separate approved school arrangement says otherwise. School-scale privacy, security and contractual terms require additional review.
